Ark Housing provides social rented accommodation throughout Northern Ireland for families, the elderly, those with disabilities, single persons and others in housing need.
Working in partnership with statutory, voluntary and community organisations, Ark Housing works to meet housing need and to build strong communities based on the principles of equity, social justice and respect for the dignity of the person.
Ark Housing are the only housing association in Northern Ireland to own, directly manage and provide accommodation and support services for homeless families. Their Homeless Family Centres based in South and West Belfast continue to develop, providing temporary accommodation, homeless support services, a comprehensive assessment of client needs, tenancy and re-housing support services.
Ark Housing has over 400 units comprising of:
- General Housing;
- Sheltered Housing for Older People;
- Residential Care for Older People;
- Housing with Care;
- Supported Housing;
- Temporary Accommodation for Homeless Families.
Ark Housing also offer some floating support and moving-on support services.
