Grove Housing Association was established in 1976 due to the poor housing and environmental conditions in this area of North Belfast. Since then the association has worked successfully to improve these conditions through renovating old dwellings and building new homes.
Grove Housing Association provides over 200 homes for rent in North Belfast. These are mostly two and three bedroom houses, with a few flats and bungalows. Homes are allocated according the common waiting list used by the Housing Executive and other housing associations.
The overall control and supervision of the work of the association is provided by the Board of Management, with members serving in a voluntary capacity. They bring a range of skills and experience to the association and share a common commitment to improving housing conditions for all Grove tenants.
