The Housing Officer will be responsible for providing a generic, customer focused Housing Management service to our tenants.
Hold or be working towards a professional qualification in housing and one year’s experience in housing management
Three years’ experience in housing management
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Access to a car for business use
Work effectively as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to manage a complex and varied workload
Experience in the use of Housing Executive HMS computer system
Experience in supervision of staff
