NI Housing Associations' Charitable Trust
Northern Ireland Housing Associations’ Charitable Trust (NIHACT)
The Federation is the sole Trustee of this small charity which will release no more than £30,000 in 2007/08 for grants or loans of more than £5,000 (there are occasional exceptions). Acting within a remit set by NIFHA Council, the NIHACT Committee manages the trust Fund and decides how to respond to applications for assistance.
If your group would like to make an application for a grant from NIHACT please download and read NIHACT's Funding Criteria and Procedure and then complete the application form. It should be returned to NIFHA. It is an ongoing application process.
