NIFHA's Aims and Strategy

to be the recognised voice of a united housing association movement

to give leadership, especially on issues on which the membership may find it difficult to reach consensus

to add significant value to our members' work.

The Federation seeks to fulfil its mission by focusing its work on:

Encouraging full member participation;
Representing members effectively;
Enhancing the reputation of housing associations in Northern Ireland;
Providing excellent, highly valued business support services to all members; and
Making the best use of the organisation’s resources.
