This partnership between the tenants at Gortgole Fold and the Volunteers at the Green Gym has them working together to transform the garden into a scenic useable space; with raised beds for growing vegetables; wild planting and treed areas to encourage wildlife; re-potting of the schemes many planters into new half barrels; and seating areas for the tenants their friends and families to enjoy this new garden, after all their hard work has been completed!
Fold Housing Association have teamed up with one of the leading cancer support charities in Northern Ireland, Macmillan Cancer Support whose aim it is to improve the lives of those affected by cancer.
Helm Housing and Belfast Health and Social Care Trust has announced they are approaching completion of Hemsworth Court, a £4 million dedicated supported housing development for people with dementia, located off the Shankill Road, Belfast. It is anticipated that the scheme will be completed in May 2013.

New online service for social housing tenants
A state of the art development, built by Oaklee Homes Group, has resulted in the first social houses built to certified Passive House standard in Ireland - and it has this week also won the housing group a top eco award for excellence in its field in the North.
