Policy and Research at NIFHA
Our Housing Policy and Research team has responsibility for these vital areas of our work. They also look after:
- support on issues of housing policy and practice
- research and statistics
- representation
- consultation responses
The team provides information and advice on the impact of legislative changes and departmental directives on registered housing associations in Northern Ireland. The team works in partnership with the Department for Social Development and the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.
