NIFHA continuously strives to identify the need for policy guidelines and good practice.
They pay particular attention to the day to day operation of housing associations and those stipulations as set out in the Housing Association guide.
The policy unit also seeks feedback and comments from its members with regard to significant legislative and policy consultation documents that may be received from numerous external organisations on a regular basis.
