UK Comparisons
Through the auspices of the Maintenance Forum, NIFHA has taken forward the development of a Maintenance Partnering Group. This group is in its initial stages and further meetings have been arranged to provide information from other organisations which have had some success with this line of work.
We have recently made efforts to strengthen links with the other federations in the UK. The Four Federations Policy Officers plan to meet every six months in order to discuss policy issues and learn from good pratcice initiatives within each of the four areas.
We are also hoping to consult with the other federations on the organsiational restructure of NIFHA committees and working groups within Northern Ireland.
