Working in partnership with local authorities, the private sector and landowners, we deliver thousands of new homes across the country.
Currently employing over 350 people in Northern Ireland, Engie Regeneration provide a range of domestic social housing heating installation and response maintenance repairs services.Following investment in improving homes and neighbourhoods, a quality approach to repairs and maintenance services is required to sustain the communities in which we work.We provide clients and local residents with a range of flexible services, including responsive repairs, call centre provision, facilities management and planned / cyclical maintenance, heating servicing and maintenance and void property solutions.

We are the leading provider of regeneration services in the UK – covering everything from community regeneration and refurbishment to repairs; maintenance and housing development.
