The post holder will support and assist the Director of Corporate Services with the day to day management of governance and compliance structures, ensuring best practice is integral to the Association’s approach. They will also be responsible for overseeing the work of quality, marketing and communications staff, ensuring effective and robust methodology is applied to all processes.
Based at: Radius Housing, 38-52 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 6AA
Hours: 37 hours per week
1. Level six qualification (e.g. Bachelor’s Degree,Graduate diploma) or above in an related discipline such as business studies,marketing, governance plus 2 years’ relevant experience OR at least 5 years’ experience (gained in the last 7 years) of at least 3 areas of the key responsibilities (i.e. governance/research,marketing, quality, business, equality).
2. Experience of governance, risk and compliance(GRC) systems and performance monitoring and reporting against same.
3. Experience of managing a team.
4. A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport*(*applicants without a full driving licence should have access to a form of transport to enable them to meet the nature and requirements of the post).
