To underpin our growth strategy and focus on providing excellence in tenancy management services we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our expanding housing management team.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant 3rd level qualification in a related discipline e.g housing studies, and have a minimum of 2 years’ housing management experience within the social housing sector; or
5 years’ housing management experience within the social housing sector and a minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C or above (or equivalent) to include English Language and Mathematics.
The post is permanent, full time with a salary band of £32,269 – £35,780. Additional benefits include membership of the NILGOSC pension scheme, BUPA health insurance and generous leave entitlement.
