The Helpdesk Advisor will be the main point of contact in dealing with incoming telephone calls and queries into the Asset Management department and will be responsible for ensuring all related documentation is raised and progressed as necessary to provide an efficient and effective service.
The Helpdesk Advisor will be responsible to the Maintenance Manager for all matters relating to the Asset Management Team.

Salary NJC scales 1/2 points 6 – 13 £16,394 – £17,391 per annum.
