Based in Greater Belfast
Salary: £19,180.69- 22,168.16 per annum (to be reviewed April 2019)
37hrs per week
This exciting post allows us to provide our tenants with a great customer experience. As a Maintenance Technician you will carry out minor repairs on our existing properties to allow us to provide great homes for our tenants. Duties will include painting, decorating and basic DIY repairs/tasks.
You will have a minimum of 3 years recent experience in a similar trade role e.g. DIY / Painting / Carpentry / Joinery. Previous training in a relevant course e.g. Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), health and safety, fire awareness etc is desirable but not essential, as is previous experience working within a social housing maintenance environment. Experience of using computer packages is also essential.
You will hold a full clean driving licence and be flexible in terms of the hours of work as it may be necessary to carry out some work in the evenings or weekends. Transportation will be provided.
