We are a Housing Association in North Belfast providing affordable quality housing to those in need. We have recently expanded our operations in Belfast to over 980 properties and we currently employ over 30 staff. We wish to recruit a suitably qualified person for the for the post of Part Time Receptionist / Administrative Support (Ref: RAS/PT/02/19).
Reporting to the Housing Manager, the jobholder will be required to ensure a professional approach to customer queries, have excellent administrative, communication and interpersonal skills. This a part time post (20 hours per week) currently based at our Gatelodge Office.
The successful candidate must have:
- 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) or equivalent, must include English Language and Maths
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role (gained within the last 5 years)
- Competent IT skills including excellent word processing
- Experience of customer service
NB Housing can offer the successful candidate a salary of £17,007 – £17,391 pro rata plus optional contributory pension scheme currently at employer contribution of 19% (£3,231pa, pro rata), 34 days annual leave (incl. stats) pro rata rising to 39 days pro rata after 5 years’ service and excellent work and family friendly policies.
