Salary: £16,612.90 – £18,897.23 per annum (pro rata)
+ Sleep in allowance of £63.75 per night – average 4 sleep ins per 3 week rota

Clanmil Housing is one of NI’s leading providers of high quality housing and supported housing services. We want someone like you, who has the passion and motivation to help vulnerable people make positive and lasting changes to their lives.
As Senior Carer, you’ll lead and support a team of dedicated staff in providing person-centered care and support services to our residents. You’ll drive performance through supervision and mentoring of staff. Delivering induction and coaching, you will be a strong role model, with residents’ needs, dignity and respect at the heart of the role.
With an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, you will have at least 2 years experience working in a care/support environment. Exceptional candidates with 5 years experience, without an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, should also apply.
Your previous experience will include the creation and maintenance of support plans, and experience of staff supervision in the workplace is also essential. 24hr residential care means this is not just a 9-5 job and we encourage flexibility.
