Deliver an excellent customer focused service managing the Customer Contact Centre. To work with the Assets Managers and colleagues to deliver against KPI’s, identify areas for improvement and ensuring quality of service.
Based at: Radius House, 38-52 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 6AA
Hours: 37 hours per week
1. Third level qualification (e.g. HNC, HND, Degree) in an Business or Estate Management related discipline and at least 3 years (gained in the last 6 years) relevant experience in a customer management role.
At least 5 years (gained in the last 10 years)relevant experience in a customer management role.
2. Experience of managing teams and delivering results in a performance/target driven environment and the ability to plan and prioritise workload including construct and manage budgets.
3. IT literate with the ability to interpret,report and make presentations.
4. Current driving licence and provision of a vehicle / ability to fulfil the mobility requirements of the role.
