The BoardPacks team attended the eagerly anticipated Northern Ireland Federation of Housing Associations (NIFHA) Annual Conference on 5-6 November, demonstrating their governance and meeting management tool to the 200-plus delegates keen to learn of its benefits.
Edward Rees, Business Development Manager at BoardPacks, and Katherine Webster, Events and Marketing Executive, drove, flew and taxied their way to Ireland’s beautiful Russell Slieve Hotel Gold and Country Club. Here, the Conference was a great opportunity to chat with faces old and new, in order to get to the heart of their business issues within meeting management.
From improved visibility of the decision making process, to providing secure access to papers from a multitude of personal media devices, delegates were impressed by the extensive capabilities BoardPacks software has to offer. Many explained they are still relying on paper-based meeting packs, which require a lengthy back office process of printing, collation and distribution, but are now considering the move to an electronic meeting management solution.
Katherine Webster explains: “This year’s NIFHA Annual Conference was a great opportunity for us to present this forward-thinking solution to representatives of local community support organisations, local councils, statutory agencies and more.
