Applications are invited from competent, experienced and qualified Contractors who wish to be considered for inclusion on a Restricted Tender List for the following new build social housing projects:
1. Derrytrasna Road Derrytrasna(14 units)
2. Rourke’s Link Ballyhornan (13 units)
Both projects are programmed to commence by March 2020.
Contractors interested in applying will be issued with Pre-Qualification (PQQ) documentation on receipt of a request by email to lily.kennedy@arkhousing.co.uk quoting the project name.
Completed PQQs with supporting documentation to arrive no later than 3pm on Wednesday 18th December 2019.
